This document reflects activity of agents is different spheres abroad. Operational training games of how to establish ties with so-called enemies were worked out. The means were provided to introduce the agent to the enemy. Various channels through which Soviet nationals went to capitalist countries were used in order to send promising agents. In 1967, 45 agents and 92 trustworthy people from branches of towns and districts of the Second Board of the KGB of the LSSR were sent abroad. Nineteen agents had special tasks. Foreigners in which the KGB was interested were tailed.
