Reference about the secrecy regime position and ensuring of State secrets in LSSR ministries, enterprises, departments, offices, and organizations by LSSR KGB Chairman J. Petkevičius (without date, tentative date is 1964).
This document reveals what state establishments had strategically secret information, whether industrial enterprises which carried out orders of the military industry or KGB, whether they had some other strategically important information, for the secrecy of which KGB was responsible. A report of how measures ensuring secrecy are followed in these objects is presented. It is also revealed in what objects and what violations of secrecy regime are fixed, like the cases of document loss, especially maps, the bigger circle of people than it is needed, to whom the secret information is available, incorrect execution of documents for carrying secret equipment.
