This document illustrates how KGB trained and prepared operational employees. This letter reflects how trainings were organized and topics of lectures. Attention is also focused to the fact that when compiling the topics of lectures it is necessary to have in mind that not all the attendees will become KGB employees, therefore it is necessary to follow conspiracy and to provide only general information on KGB activity and its methods in the training.
