A confidential overview of West Germany, based on the reports of the agents who worked there, written by Colonel Zeniakin, head of the First department of the Lithuanian KGB under the Council of Ministers, on 19 November 1955.
The aim of the overview was to help agents who were trained to work abroad. It contained recommendations for future agents on how to act in West Germany, how to transport information in “special containers”, and other issues.
