In this document, concern is expressed for the possible negative approach of new political, public forces to the impact of KGB activity on the activities of security officers and agents, their ideological motivation, conspiracy, operational and agent work. Under such circumstances, special attention should be devoted to the improvement of agent work.. Therefore it is recommended to develop the agent network, to improve the methods of recruitment, to perfect the work of agents, to guarantee their safety, and to ensure conspiracy of their activity.
