In this document, the KGB reports about the ambiguous response of people, particularly intellectuals, to the criticism about the reconstruction of historical monuments in Lithuania such as Trakai Castle expressed in the article published in Izvestija. The KGB probably paid attention to this since this could incite nationalist moods in society.
